DestinyEast provides AI-assisted Ba Zi destiny readings, couples compatibility analysis, and I Ching divination for entertainment, educational, and self-reflective purposes.

Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Do not make major life decisions based solely on a reading.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Certain features require a one-time payment:

Personal Destiny Reading (Full Report) — $4.99 USD
Compatibility Report (Full Report) — $6.99 USD

All sales are final. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions: duplicate charges due to technical error, or failure to receive access after payment. To request a refund exception, email support@destinyeast.app within 7 days.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate birth information to receive a meaningful reading
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service
Not use the service if you are under 13 years of age

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DestinyEast is owned by or licensed to DestinyEast. Your personalized reading is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute readings without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DestinyEast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ba Zi and I Ching are traditional systems of Chinese metaphysics offered as cultural insight, not empirical prediction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
